Hi all,

I am just looking for some advice from people who have used this guy into his twilight year. What i mainly want to know is with good training how long does this guy stay in top form? I have him in my Arsenal team and want to know whether I should start grooming a replacement. He is 32 in my game but is still at the top of his game, both physically and technically.

Late game screenies would be welcome even though players develop differently in other peoples saves.

I would definately look to bring in a future starter, groom him up for the 2 years he has left in him! get him to tutor the youngster as well!

You must be in season 3 or 4 already I assume by his current age! look for regens!

Yes 4th season, i have gibbs but he is lacking a bit and hasn't developed how my staff have said he would, can you recommand an English left back or one with home grow status ?

Jack Robinson is really the only one! retraing Kyle Walker might be an option!

Keep your eye out for regens. Bristol City seem to produce a fair amount of top youngsters in my game. As Raikan says, Kyle Walker and Jack Robinson are the only English ones, although if you sign a 17 year old, by the time hie is 21 he will be classed as Homegrown ;)
