FREE ROLE for lone striker ?

i play a 4-2-3-1 formation .. and im thinking if its a good idea to set my lone striker on free role (maybe to lose his markers or roam around the defenders) , so what are the advantages or disadvantages if any ?

I would suggest you to use and Advanced Forward.
-make his tackling to easy
-make his passing style to short (0)
-make him never take long shots
-make his wide play to normal
