free scoring wayne rooney!

I had been playing wayne rooney as a lone striker he had played okay but not to the standard I wanted. Falcao and rvp scoring more goals. So I didn't want to drop rooney because he is still influential so I dropped him into a midfield 3 (just like lvg has in real life) as a advanced midfielder and he is scoring goals for fun scored 13 in 8 games.

Possibly a pointless thread but thought I'd share to see if anyone else tries this or have already tried this with success.

Im never big teams bores me but in a few saves ive seen Rooney play Amc or later in his career drop down to DLP and do a very tidy job i think hes great IRL in the DLP role.
