The above file contains an edited version of the French Leagues in which the CFA (divisions A, B, C, & D) are playable.​

Some Ligue 1 B teams play in the CFA, but they can not be promoted to the National League.​

This update requires patch 10.3 to run.​

You can't do it via the editor (unless you want to re-write everything) -- it has to be done in the config file. Game rules have to be turned off.
