Sandro(yes, from Tottenham)(M'vila)-Ganso(Wilshere, Ramsey)
Hazard(Willian, Douglas Costa)-Gotze(Hazard, Kovacic)-Neymar(Hazard, Gotze)
Diamao(Niang, Neymar)

The players outside the () will be my first choice, but the subs () will also be good for you! You have a big advantage because you already have Bale and Sandro in your team, they will be the best DL and DMC after a few years.

You will never create a team like this simply because you have way to little money, but you can always try!
