friendlies

i know it used to be possible in previous games, but an you get your assistant manager to take control of friendlies, i find them boring to manage, but obviously you need them to get your players fitness up. If this can be done, then how do you do it?

Manager --> Assistant Options (Something like that) --> AM Takes control of friendlies
