Conference north is a very tough league. Came in unemployed with sutton in November point off the relegation and finished 6th on goals for. You'll be under a lot kf pressure now.

Yeah, if you don't find the right tactic you're on a long road down. Hopefully conference should be more adaptable!

So here we are, Harrogate Town in the Conference Premiership. No matter what happens, this is the highest this club has played before and hopefully we can avoid the drop and hpefully upset the apple cart while we go along the way.

First of all, Just a quick update from last season...
View attachment 284805View attachment 284803
Lewis Turner winning fans player of the year was pleasing to see and the best 11 I couldn't argue with.

Now onto this season so far...
View attachment 284802View attachment 284801
I felt there was a big clear out needed and having 7k to spend on wages was very, very pleasing. I was able to raise an extra 2k through releasing players who had done the club so proud the previous year but I'm not in the business to make friends, I'm here to get results. The month of August is pleasing, 2 wins 3 draws and an unfortunate loss to Woking. We sit 7th in the table but with it being so early there is no need to show it.

And lastly look at our mighty fans, Those extra 15 fans certainly came out the woodwork!

Harrogate Town- Taking over the non league world

Meant conference south sorry. Literally lost out last game of the season. Stayed with sutton though and in my second season I've stayed off roughly. You think it'll be easier with improved sqaud but it seems to get harder.

Before I start, I'd just like to apologise for the late post, totally slipped my mind!

Just a quick update from my last season, my best overall player and best eleven..
View attachment 284368 View attachment 284367
No surprise, Jordan Robertson was my best player all season after finishing top goalscorer. But, has now left to move onto bigger things. He will be missed :(

Onto the new season!

Made a few signings, which I am happy with. Few key signings, overall I think I have a stronger team than I did last season and I think these players can achieve me the promotion that I've been looking for!

Also, we've started off well in the season. But just gone on a little blip. I'm sure we can get back on track, because Bromley never give up!

View attachment 284364
Lastly, just a quick update on our super fans. We didn't get promotion but those loyal fans still stuck by us, in a lower league than Harrogate, and we sell more season tickets than them. Loyal supporters, and best supporters in the land? I think so!

We're Bromley FC!!!

Hey everyone, as you can see the badge at the top has changed. In this post, I'll speak about why I left Harrogate and what my aspirations are for the season with Wrexham.

View attachment 284336
I just felt my time had come to move on. When the Wrexham job became available I just knew I had to throw my hat into the ring. I can look back at my time at Harrogate as successful due to me leading them to promotion, putting them in the black and signing some superb youngsters. I'll be looking forward to playing them though, as I said before there are no friendships in football.

View attachment 284335
Squad and expectations: This squad has surprised me at how good it is. Although they're only just outside the relegation zone I believe there is enough time to guide them to a play off spot. If failing that then a top half table will be more than pleasing.

Star Man:
View attachment 284334
Adam Webster, the on loan man is my best player and I will be looking for him to be my rock at center back and lead us out of this mess.

Update time, how the mighty Bromley are fighting for promotion! This is just a quick update, of where I am and how I am doing, after just finishing the month of November..

Results:
View attachment 284073
November, has been a pretty good month despite the one loss. I feel we're actually doing our job compared to last years display, getting the results we need and fighting for that top spot. The win in the FA Trophy has also delighted me, as I am hopefully looking for a good cup run this season even possibly winning a cup? Who knows?

League table, top goalscorer and best average rated player:

View attachment 284065
As you can see, I'm second in the table and not too far off top spot. In my eyes, I am seeing this as everything going to plan even if I am not top spot, if I keep the pressure up I'm sure I can come out on top, meeting my co-host in the Conference prem!

Top goalscorer of the league is my new lad he has joined this season, honestly I think he is a blessing in disguise. Another player which I think should be getting called up for England, England's problems can be solved they're just not looking hard enough!

We're Bromley FC!

In this update I'll just let you know about my league position, fixtures since I took over and just general feelings about what's expected.

View attachment 284046
This table is great viewing. Although not expected is much of me, especially since I took over the Red dragons when they was a point above the relegation zone the team has pushed on magnificently with the players buying into my new direct approach which has seen get quite a few wins.

View attachment 284045
Being honest with you, I am very surprised with how well I have done since taking over since the Lincoln win at home. Going 7 unbeaten at the start of my reign was delightful stuff. As previously mentioned I believe the conference to be a league about getting the ball from one end of the pitch to the other as quick as possible, and hurting teams down the sides. As you can see Calvin Andrew and new signing Nigel Hasselbaink (Player of the month- Been outstanding since signing, scoring in pretty much every game he has played) have ripped teams to part with their new found partnership. It is however disappointing to go out the FA Cup as sponsorship money would of been superb in helping the club develop

View attachment 284041
As you can see, my old club Harrogate came up to Wales and left empty handed. As much as it was to see the lads again and beat them, I did feel guilty putting four past them. Maybe i excelled with the group of players I had? Maybe I brought poorly and now they will struggle? Only thing that matters to me now though is hopefully getting Wrexham a play off spot!

In this post, I'll be showing you an update of the table and my results. I can honestly say 4-4-2 is a gods send in the lower league. It just delivers time and time again.

View attachment 283734
Very, very pleasing two months. The Stockport game was just one of those, we didn't look assured in-front of goal and a very dubious penalty against us ultimately cost us. The rest of the two months all I can say is Nigel Hasselbaink (Player of the month) Scores goals, sets up goals. Better than his dad already!

View attachment 283733
Very pleasing on the eye again. So so close to the play offs, certainly will be disappointed if I do not achieve play-offs. MAy even class it as an under performance due to the high standards I hold for myself. The league in my opinion is too far away but Wrexham are dreaming of playing league football again.

Wrexham FC- Aiming for the top

This is just a quick update on how I am doing in the league, and what I hope to gain at the end of the season!

Right, the league table..
View attachment 283722
Still in 2nd place, chasing Basingstoke majority of the season now having my chances to overtake them but not taking it! I have a big chance now to go top on goal difference and take it from there. My fate is in my own hands more or less! Sure the Bromley fans will be cheering on the boys in whatever happens!

Moving onto my fixtures, and a little brag about the FA trophy..
View attachment 283720
We haven't been doing to bad, disappointing results against less talented teams, which has caused us to stay 2nd most the season, but I'm sure we can overcome that! Now the FA Trophy, the journey we have been going on. It's safe to say I am proud of how Bromley are going on their cup run, especially beating Woking who are a league above us. With just a few wins away from a final and Wembley, I'm sure to be looking for silverware to take home back to South London!

Bromley are on the up!

BROMLEY FC ARE GOING UP UP UP!!!

View attachment 283645
I said it from the start, I WILL be going up this season, and I have achieved that! From the transfers I had made at the start of the season I knew I had a strong squad, with a few add-ons during the season. I couldn't control my delight once finally clinching promotion to the Conference Prem.. I am looking forward to taking 6 points off Wrexham and going for another ambitious play-off push for next season!
View attachment 283643
We're Bromley FC, we're Conference Prem! The delight I have for my players and chairman for achieving this. I wanted to repay the fans for last seasons terrible attempt in the play-offs, we can now say we're on the up! I predict big things from now on for Bromley FC!

We are going up, say we are going up!

View attachment 283346
All I can say is I'm proud of the players achievements this year. We were desperately unlucky in missing out on the play-offs. We dropped one to many points unfortunately and beating Eastleigh away from home on the last day of the season was always going to be a challenge. Apart from that though, an FA Trophy looks lovely in our cabinet and I can't wait to do the double next season!

View attachment 283341
As you can see, the league table was VERY VERY close yet again! I wouldn't mind avoiding last day drama, particularly as I seem to come second best! All I can say is I was brought in to keep Harrogate up and lead them to mid-table and we majorly over-achieved. I personally believe with the right additions, we can push on and win promotion, and I personally believe we will win the league if we buy correctly.

Player of the season: Nigel Hasselbaink.
View attachment 283329
Big Nige was always winning player of the season it is safe to say. His goals, his trickery, his speed just his all round play was superb to witness first hand. I think it's safe to say if we partner him with someone who can help compliment him like Moult and Andrews have then I feel we will have the best strike partnership.

This post will cover the best eleven from last season, signings, fixtures and what I expect of the season ahead.

View attachment 283111
Personally believe that this team was very strong. I'm surprised to see players like Manny Smith and Kyle Storer in there but overall it is a very strong team!

View attachment 283107
These signings are if I'm being honest very very good and probably are all playing a league well below what they should be. The signing of El-Fitouri, Cham and Clifford have strengthened me massively. I am most excited about this little finnish wizard though...
View attachment 283103
The new Mikael Forssel? Don't be silly he will be better! Tommi will be drafted into my first team set up and will be used for cup games but seeing as he is already a leading player for the Conference, who knows? He might just find himself a place in my team!

View attachment 283100
I feel like we have a good chance to get a winning start to the season and even if I do have a bad start I'm looking to taking 3 points on the 10th of September in London.

We're Wrexham, We're Loud. We're Wrexham We're proud!

Bromley FC are Conference prem!

Here is a post from my best elven from last season. A very strong dominate side that made the Conference South a walk in the park. We could give whoever we was playing a two goal advantage and still win the game!
View attachment 283109

New season:
It feels like it might be a tough season, but I am confident with the new signings I have made. It has been a struggle to find what I needed and attract them to the club, being a small club from London making their mark in the Conference Prem. Wage was a bit of an issue, as players now wanted big wages because we had changed into a Professional club from Semi-Pro.
View attachment 283104

For my season aims, I am looking to try and secure a play-off spot. Yes, it may seem a bit too ambitious seeming as I've just been promoted, but I feel again that I have a nice strong squad who are determined to push for better things and become a Football League club.

One to look out for:
There is always a new signing that a manager is excited to look out for when the season starts. I have that player who I am excited to see dominate the pitch for me and lead me to that play-off spot I want, he is the Spanish attacking midfielder wizard. No, it is not David Silva.. Even better!
View attachment 283099
Javi, Javi Rodriguez scores goals for me!
The Non-league wizard is a key player who I think, is going to make play out of nothing. Everyone will be looking for him to create play from the middle. I honestly believe, no one will be able to handle him. Especially Wrexham.

I hope this is going to be a good season for us, we will mostly make it a fun one being our first time in the Conference prem. We're on the up!

We're Bromley FC!

Have you seen how well bromley are doing IRL? They might get promoted in the 1st season ;)

(First of all sorry for lack of updates. Studying was more important on this occasion)

Anyway, our season so far is what I expected. Fighting for promotion even if it is with Bromley (Credit to my co manager, he is surprising me). A shakey start to the season wasn't expected if i'm honest but September we have found our form and fired ourselves up the league even if those last two defeats have left us in second on GD.
View attachment 280534

The first meet with my counter part ended in me being victorious, although it was a tight tense affair. Always pleasing to be ahead in head-to-head records even if it is just one game ;)
View attachment 280532

With a heavy heart, I bring you the news of Nigel 'Big Nige' Hasselbaink leaving us. A £100k offer come in from Telstar and I feel it was best to let him move back to his native land (Plus he hadn't scored in 5).
View attachment 280524

Player of the month(s): Conor Clifford. Impressing game after game, really is a midfield dynamo. Exciting little player.
Even scores a banger or two!

Before I start, just want to apologise for the lack of post! Been quite busy the last few days! Anyway, back on the Bromley tour bus.

It's been a top start to the season, couldn't of asked for more from my lads. I want to start off this post, with a nice derby win against Sutton United..
View attachment 280533
Not the prettiest of wins, but a 1-0 win is good enough for me! But as you can see, we dominated the game. Normal thing really for us Bromley boys.

Next up, which will surprise everyone. I know it's surprised me.. The league table! :D
View attachment 280525
WE ARE TOP OF THE LEAGUE, SAY WE ARE TOP OF THE LEAGUE!!
I know it's early days, but what a start. Entering October top of the league on goal difference. What makes it better, is that I am above my co-networker beating him on goal difference. Little Bromley FC above the likes of 'big' Wrexham FC, you can see who the better manager is of course ;)

Little shout out to my star striker also, Antonio German. What a signing he's been, 10/10 performances gives it his all every game! He could be the key to our football league dream. But, dare we think of it? Bromley FC, a football league team? The dream is alive!

Now, just a little look at my fixtures..
