Well the new FM is here and after starting a season as my fave team Man Utd I am going to do a new game. Starting unemployed i am aiming to build a reputation and slowly build my way up to the top of the tree. I have loaded up a few eastern european divisions as well as the vanarama North/South and gone on holiday applying for every job i can to see who is going to take a risk on a sunday league footballer with no badges and no experience here goes nothing.....

I finally got an interview at a vanarama south team by the name of Whitehawk. Admittidley id never even heard of them and they were languishgin in the relegatuon zone after 11 games but the interview went well and i was hoping the chairman would take a chance on me to guide them into the playoffs as there team isnt TOO bad i believe with a few tweaks to my formation and tactics (I generally play 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3) and a couple of signings i can guide Whitehawk up the table quite easily.

Maiden head were my 1st opponents whom i easily dispatched with an easy 2-0 win goals from barnes-homer and the on loan O'halloran.
I then defeated Basingstoke 3-1 again another easy game which we totally dominated.
The nest fixture was against Chippenham in a 3rd round FA cup qualifier we rather dissapointgly drew 1-1 but thankfully defeated them 2-0 in the replay

Sadly our first defeat came again Staines we never really got into the game and went down 2-1. I was dissapointed with the performance.
Thankfully maidenhead came next in the 4th round fa cup qualifier who we dispatched easily again 3-1 and a further 3-1 win in the league against havant and waterlooville climbed us up into midtable and closing the gap on our aim of a play off spot.
In the 1st round of the FA cup we got Bury which we knew was going to be a tough game and truthfully i thought we were going out but we somehow managed to be leading 5-2 with 40 mins to go but threw the game away and drew 5-5 earning us a replay at home.
a 0-0 draw followed to Concorde a game where literally nothing happened i can only blame tired legs after the bury result for this. We got back into winning ways rather quickly tho and dispatched Chelmsford 7-3.
And so tp the replay i knew we could beat bury after leading them in the first leg and went out on the attack after falling behind early on we managed to claw ourselves back into the game drawing 1-1 at half time. With some words of encouragmenet the boys went out in the second half and managed to get a 2-1 lead with 40mins to go again but sadly bury came back and managed to level things up in the 72nd min. They then took the lad on the 79th and i thought all hope was gone. Somehow in the 94th Min we snatched and equaliser forcing extra time. Looking at my tired uys i knew we were pretty much done but only needed one chance so i wnt out on the attack hoping to grab a quick goal to defend with. In the 4th min of extra time we got that goal throgh Paul Lorraine. I immediately went all out defense hoping to sneak thorough and it was all ging to plan until the 121st min when a corner came in and my defender put the ball into his own net. It was down to Penalties...

Thankfully we won the shootout 7-6 and earned ourselves a place in the 2nd round of the FA cup which has exceeded expectations. Sadly we drew League 1 team Preston who i dont think we have much of a chance against but hopefully...we can sneak a win somehow....
After 7 league games with me in charge we sit mid table but gathering pace and catching the teams above us. Hoping to break into them playoff spots after the next 10 games...
