From Young Gun to Footballing Legend (A Football Manager Story)
This is the story of one real life football manager (selected by you, the audience) as he fights to become one the greatest managers of all time. I will be playing the career of this manager as he goes from job to job. Now after a long period of time deliberating on which managers should be selected (All are young manager who are all younger than 42, all of these manager are also at small to medium sized clubs) I decided to allow you guys to choose. I will profile each of the managers and the current situations, and styles of play. So choose wisely and I home you enjoy. p.s I am a noob at the this game so don't expect me to win the league in my first season or anything.
Malky Mackay:

Bio: Born in February 19 1972, Malky had always a long obession with football. Having played at Celtic, Norwich City, West Ham United, and Watford, Malky had established himself a realible and dependable centreback although having hardly played in the top flight he was responsble for helped three seperate team earn promotion to the top flight. Malky got his first mangerial experience after current Liverpool manager Brendan Rogers resigned from his positon as manger of Watford to manage Reading. Having already having experience serving a caretaker manager at the club Malky was given the fulltime job as he was able to lead the battered Watford to respectable 14th place in the championship in both 2009 and 2010. In the 2011 season Malky signed a contact with Welsh side Cardiff City with Watford receiving a fee as compensation. In his first season with the club he helped his side reach their first ever League Cup final against Liverpool where the drew Liverpool 2-2 only to lose 3-2 on penalties. After their loss the fell from automatic promotion but where able to secure a playoff spot where they lost to Newly Promoted West Ham Untied in the Semi-Finals. After his eventful season at Cardiff City he was linked to Norwich City job but refused the offer opting instead to at work Cardiff City and see them promoted to the Premier League.
Goals: My goals with Malky Mackay would be achieve promotion in my first season, The Second season would be focusing on consolidating Cardiff into the top fight, Third season is to push into the top ten and to win a domestic trophy with Cardiff
Ole Gunnar Solsajkaer

Club: Molde FK
Bio: A legend in the world of football. A hero to fans of Manchester United. The so called Baby-Faced assassin is set to light the world of football alight again, but this time as a manager. Ole was a footballing legend, a face paced striker who delivered huge goals in big games, and was responsible for winning Manchester United the Treble in 1998-1999. After a long successfully career, Ole retired for football after dealing with nagging injury issues and became a youth coach at Manchester united training such stars as Danny Welbeck. He quickly rose up the ranks to become manager od the reserve team help Manchester United Reserve squad win two trophies. In 2010 Molde FK offered him a 4 year contract with the club to manage their team. A former player of the club Ole jumped at the opportunity. Ole was able to win the Norwegian league with his former club in his first season. During the Summer Break Aston Villa approached him with an opportunity to manage the club, he refused wish to not uproot his family and under the firm belief that his time was not yet. He is already seen as a favourite to succeed Alex Ferguson. Can Ole live up to the hype
Goals: Win the Tippeliga in my first two season and win a move to a bigger club.
Heiko Vogel:

Bio: Vogel was never played professional player. But like the players he manages he holds a true passion for the sport. He began his career as a youth-coach for Bayern Munich u-15, and U-17 teams. In 2007 he was brought on as an assistant manager of Thorsten Fink at FC Ingolstadt 04. When Fink went to go manage Swiss team FC Basel, Heiko Vogel went with him help fink win two Swiss league titles in 2010 and 2011. When Fink went to go manage Bundesliga side Hannover SV in late 2011, Basel appointed Vogel as a caretaker manager of the club. Where he was able to lead Basel out of their Champions League Group (Beating Manchester United in the process) and push them into Round of 16 where they came up against a tough Bayern Munich side where they were able to put up a 1-0 victory against the German giants before being crushed 7-0 at Allianz. Vogel would help Basel claim their third Swiss title in a row
Goals: Season 1 Win the swiss title again and possible the swiss domestic trophy, Season 2 Win the Swiss title again and get a move to a bigger club (make a push in the Europa League)
Rikard Norling:

Club: Malmo FF
Bio: Rikard Norling was going to be the next big thing in Swedish football, but all of that came to a crashing end as a back injury forced him to retire at the young age 21. But his love for football didn’t die and quickly took up a job as Youth coach at IF Brommapojkarna. After spending a year there he moved to Bele Barkarby FF where he managed for year before be picked up as a youth coach again for AIK, he rose through the ranks to become assistant manager of the club. He then took charge of Vasby IK and then GIF Sundsvall when he lead to the seventh place finish the second best finish ever. He was then appointed shorlty after as manager of AIK following the relegation from the top flight. Norling was a able to get them promoted. Upon AIK return to the top flight they immediately challenged for the title coming 2nd. After a falling out with the owners he was sacked. It took Norling until 2010 to find another job this time as in charge of Assyriska FF where he managed for a year an a half before he was hired as a manger of Malmo FF he was able to salvage a 4th place finish and get Malmo qualified for the Europa League. He now hopes to return Malmo to their winning ways

Thomas Tuchel:

Club: 1. FSV Mainz 05
Bio: Thomas Tuchel is widely considered a prodigy in German football management. Born in west Germany in 1973. Tuchel had short career in the bottom tiers playing for Stuttgart kickers, and SSV Ulm. After an injury forced him to retire, Tuchel quickly embraced a role as coach working a youth team coach at VfB Stuttgart. He then travelled to Fc Augsberg where he acted as youth coordinator. Before taking up the job as manager of Mainz 05. With the newly promoted Mainz 05 squad Tuchel was able to mold the squad into his image to create a attacking squad that quickly became the surprise package for that year. At his first season at the club he was able to push Mainz into a 5th place finish the club highest ever finish. But his success at the club attracted vultures from other clubs who picked away at Tuchel star players. Now Mainz is in a period of transition but Tuchel hopes that one day he recreate that squad that got him into 5th and catapult him into further success.
Goals: In the first season to get a middle table finish, second season to push for Europa league spots, third season automatic qualification for Europa league or Champions league also to gain a move to a bigger club

Nationality: Spanish
Bio: Never really having a successful career as a footballer, Plaza drifted from club to club never really finding success in footballing aspirations. At the age of 28 Plaza retired due to injury and thus his managerial career began. He began my managing amateur side UD Altea, and Villajoyosa CF. His first big break came with Villareal CF as he managed the B Squad but success like his footballing career did not follow. He then signed with Elche CF but was sacked half through the year due to poor results. After spending a year managing Benidorm CF, he took a job at Levante CF in which he was able to lift the side to promotion and stability in the top flight. In 2011 Plaza was offered the Getafe CF job and offer in which took leading them to a comfortable 11th place. Can Plaza find the success in his managerial career that he never could with his footballing career.
Goals: Season 1 a Top ten finish, season 2 and 3 a Europa league finish and to find a better job
Vincenzo Montella:

Club: ACF Fiorentina
Bio: Montella has known success on the pitch. Personally selected by the Zdenak Zeman to spearhead to roma attack. Montella had a successfully career at Roma becoming their 5th highest goal scorer in the club long history helping the club win their 3rd schudetto in 2000-01. He went on to have long career at the club but as he got older he made appearances for both Fulham and Sampdoria on loan. He retired from playing football in 2009. After retiring from football Montella was hired on a coaching contract. Received his first big break as a manager when Claudio Ranieri left the club to manage Inter Milan, Montella was hired as interim manager of the club. While being interim he was able to lead the club to a 6th place finish in Serie A and into round of 16 in the champions league. After guiding roma to the end of season Montella went to manage Catania leading them to comfortable 11th place finish. After the infamous Delio Rossi incident, Montella was hired to restore the club to previous glory.
Goals: 1st season top half to Europa league finish, 2nd season Champions league push, 3rd season Champions league
André Schubert:

Bio: Andre Schubert was never a great athlete. Having received his degree in sport and German studies at the university Schubert decided to enter the world of European football as a youth coach and playing at various German clubs. From 2002 to 2006 for DFB in northern Hesse. In 2004 he completed his education as a football coach and was the best in his class. Schubert was a guest student at the junior sections of Bayern Munich, Schalke 04 and Hamburger SV . He also served as assistant coach of the German U-15, U-16 and U-17's team. He became head of sport and youth development at SC Paderborn 07. After several months at the club he was hired as manager of the club. In his first season he was able to get SC Paderborn 07 promoted into the second divison. After spending a season with the club consolidating, Historic club St. Pauli offer André a job which he quickly took.
Goals: 1st season earn promotion, 2nd season avoid relegation, 3rd top half finish
