getting bit fed up now. no matter what formation/tactic i use my team always does the same thing. we create 6/7 good chances a game. We were conceding on average 1 a game until i sorted that. however now back to the other team having 2 attempts 1 on target 1 goal. where as my better calibre players are just missing sitter after sitter no matter which one i choose starting to really annoy me lower calibre players pass it better than mine and actually score when they create a chance. i generally play a 4-2-3-1 but tried mulitple formations as have a 4-3-3 and a 4-4-2 also trained.
