I'm yet to have the board accept an offer that i've declined. Does this happen very often?

the most frustrating thing in FM for me it's when players kick or run into teammates and lose the ball

for me frustration comes when I see that players clear the ball for a throw-in in some situations where they easily could passed it to teammates
