Why do players from other teams grow faster?I had a wonderkid that was very good at Juventus.But I decided to left and so i got a job at Barcelona.After 2 or 3 months i see that kid already having a gigantic boost of 3 Strenght and many other sts boosts.Why didnt he grow like that when i was in charge?

poor training, specific focus, being tutored, getting 1st team experience, could be a number of things
Few tips:
-use a decent training schedule, sometimes make your own for good wonderkids
-good coaches, try to aim for 4 stars+
-good training facilities
-1st team experience
-Specific focus set to something really low that is really needed e.g. Striker with low composure
-good tutors
try using the stickies about training youngsters
