Fulham Replacements for rubbish players

hi im fulham in first season and i need ;

RB - Not too young , not too old ( pantsils pants)
LB - ^^ ( salcido is a better CB)
CB - Replacement for aaron hughes ( scored a bag of own goals in preseason)
ST - Dembele is good but he will play on the wing and he cant finish 20 1-on-1s to save his
Life ( Santa Cruz snubbed me)

Overall i have a budget of 9.5 million . i can work with installements so please tell me how much they can be bought for.

LB-no clue
CB-Galeano, Varane if you want prospects, Onyewu could do bussines if you want for now
ST- try Sanogo, look at Bogdan Stancu if he's good enough, mabe Pavlyuchenko if he is transfer listed...

Onyewu and Rafael will be aroun 3 mil for both, so you have plenty of money to buy another 2 and they are quite good for that price
