30mil budget, have Maresic but hes too young to start. Mawson has been disappointing, have montes who's progressing nicely but I need a CB who's ready for premier league now.

Emiliano Velazquez (cheap and solid option), Rafael Toloi (slightly expensive, but very good), Nastasic(again expensive), Doria. Or you can check which ones are transfer listed. Usually, there are some very good players that are on the transfer list.

Wallace (not sure of his full name, but he's Brazilian and starts the game at Lazio) picked him up for my Spurs team for around your budget and he's petty solid. Others that look decent - De Ligt, Soyuncu,Elvedi, Vellejo (might be available on loan), Caldara, Retsos,

TRY Briancon or denayer very cheap. they might have low stars but they have good stats
