Currently managing Rochdale in the Championship and have just recorded their highest ever position in the league pryamid so whiy is my board telling me that my greatest achievement is this? Note I was promoted from League Two as champions, I also won promotion from League one a Champions, surely they are much finer achievements than getting into the league two play-offs (which I've never done I must add). Totally Bonkers.
