Have decided to go for youth but hope Tinga from Ponte Preta and Rodrigo Dantas from Botafogo can step up and make a contribution.
Tried to sell Nuno as I had three goalkeepers but went out on loan, there is a clause for a permanent transfer.

Didn't drop any points in the league so am keeping up with Sporting CP and Benfica.
In the cup I went Wenger style and fielded a team of youngster including all 6 summer signings and got a good reult.
Beating Unirea Urziceni at home was expected but to get 4 goals is good should it gome down to goal difference.
Good to see Tinga and Rodrigo Dantas stepping up in all competitions and putting in good performances.

Christian Rodriguez has handed in a transfer request after constant speculation surrounding interest from Italian outfit F.C. Internazionale. After a meeting with the player, manager Stuart Bennie has agreed not to stand in the way of the players career ambitions.
