game chash as soon as try to see a players attributes

as the head line says, when i click on a player, the game crashes, but if i offer a new contract or see his scout result or his history , it goes OK. and now many time the same problem is happening like when i select many player and try to remove them form scout list the game crashes. what ca i do?

this is the msg it shows

Do you have facepacks installed? Try the crash dump thread,should have an answer to your question.

Yeah this sounds like it's a crash dump error related to facepacks (I think)

actually no, i dont have anu kind of face pack or logo pac installed
