Game could not be saved

Not sure if this in the right place, but the message above comes up each time I try and save my game. As a result there's no point playing the game.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire thing several times, but the same message comes up every time. I haven't changed anything else, it just started happening randomly.

Anyone have any ideas? Or can point me in the right direction? Before I start contempleting a life without FM,
