Game curreny unavailable : corrupt game files

i done the verify integrity of game cache. didnt work, now it says my fm is a trojan.

I have the same problem here - guessing that it is because of the update of the anti virus program and a false positive alert (But not sure about it)

Avira is good.

and thats not even my main problem, why am i getting the corrupt file message. i have tried everything in the 2012 steam support thread.

Avira has always interfered with FM. It can't be that good if it decides that the biggest selling PC game of all time is a risk your system.

Turn Avira off, reinstall FM (or steam and then FM, or even a full manual uninstall if necessary) and then see if the problem is fixed.

Edit, the file is probably corrupted because Avira has modified it to prevent what it sees as a risk to your system from operating properly.
