Game doesnt start. whatsoever

hi, im having a bit of trouble with FM12. whenever i try to start playing it it just fails to load completely. Ive tried uninstalling and re installing both FM and steam numerous times and it doesn't work after re-installation and ive also tried verifying the integrity of the game cache and also fragmentation cache files. when i click on the FM icon a steam banner tells me "preparing to launch..." but then nothing. and yes the disk is in. the game just doesnt want to start. even if i click on FM12 icon numerous times i dont even get "error, game already running" banner

can anyone help me please, im gagging on starting a new game

Sometimes it takes a few minutes to actually load up i had the same problem a good while back and i just found out being patient was the answer.
