I love challenges, I support Macc town in english NPower league 2. I have done the San Marino challenge, well, 6 season, and still in seria B, still waiting to get promoted. I done one with 1860 Munich and tried to make them better than Bayern but a never managed it a got to the Europa League final in 4th season and finished 3rd in league after ma 5th season before taking the job at Villarreal and winning La Liga

Try taking Limerick FC (my local club) to Europe and being competitive. I once saw Bohemians in my Europa League group stage; They conceded 30 goals, scoring just once and loosing all 6 games.
