Game keeps crashing at certian date

Hi, been playing for a while and got a little bored so added a few new leauges , now it does not allow me to go past a date, think its error 41, i seen a post b4 on how to fix it and it was because of the added leauge but if any1 can help me fix it is greatly appreciated!

If you remove the leagues does the save work fine again?

i tried to remove leagues and it just gives a game date for removal i saved that and hit continoue and it done itagain!
