The game keeps crashing, usually during or after a match, and then attempts to restart but then an error message pops up (error code 41 i think). Usually I can reload the game and carry on from the last auto save but now it's unable to load the saved game. Anyone else had this issue?

I managed to solve the problem I had just written a thread about but now mine is crashing too, just before or after games. Buggy patch? I've pasted the relevant info below:
