Game Match STUCK

My game is stuck at the end of Tottenham v Birmingham match i'm not watching a reply and so thats not the problem im trying to get to team talk but nothings happening :'( im at the end of the match trying to give my team a team talk and cant continue to that screen

As stupidmoose said, your best bet is to go on holiday for 1 day. Or just re-load a previous save, autosave really comes in handy
