I have this recurring bug in FM 2013 where the game will freeze and kick me back to the desktop in the day or two after winning a match (90% of the time it's after I've won, almost never after I lose or draw). The game keeps running in the background but I can't alt-tab back to it but there are black patches around my screen when looking at the windows desktop. It's been happening so frequently that I've gotten to the point of saving before and after each and every match.
