Game wont load

I am just about to start my 3rd season on FM13, i saved it last night and shut my laptop, when i have gone to open the game this morning it start to load (in the load last game and load game options) but then comes up with an error saying 'the saved game cannot be loaded' HELP
anyone come accross this before??
