Game Won't Load

Every time I go to load up FM on my laptop through steam, it says game is unavailable, please try at another time. Does anyone know why it is doing this and can anyone help me sort it?

Try this:

right click on the Football Manager logo in the Steam Library -> Properties -> Local files -> Verify integrity of game cache.

It worked for me few times.
