Basically, I installed Football manager '13 yesterday after re-formatting my pc and it didnt work. Everytime I tried to load it it would say 'Completing installation" and when it gets to 100% it would just stand there. The process is showing in my task manager but its like 26,000k when i know it should be a lot bigger.
I tried to verify the cache loads of times, I've tried steam in offline mode, I've restarted my PC.. i've even uninstalled the game and re-downloaded it again.
I've basically run out of ideas. Anybody any answers please?
