Games become blurry

When I set graphics quality to very high, my game becomes blurry, i dont know why. But if I set the graphics quality to very low, then it is not blurry anymore, but also the 3d matches are then not nice to watch :/

edit: here is solution after new patch fps locked to 60 you can change Vsync it from your gpu software i just did it
