Gareth bale deal for united?

2nd season in just before jan window, bale is not being used by real and they are interested in my players Lucas moura( value 22mill) and contraeo( who they sold to me last year for 5mill) his value is 11mill now, the best deal for bale I can get them to accept is both of these guys to Madrid and 39mill from my side so really 72mill in total, is that worth it? Is bale any good on the game his value on my game is still 45 mill, I play a 4-2-3-1 narrow and he would be used in the 3 on the left of kagawa with januzaj on the right of kagawa if he came so would he suit this position?

Thing is I'm thinking only reason I can get him for anywhere near this is because he's only been played 6 times by December, no injuries, lamela I've just asked Tottenham and they want 95mill! I think that's because he recently singed a contact until 2019
