Anyone could a tactic to use in the lower divisons with gateshead

I was Gateshead and got them up to L1 before jumping ship (dont remember why) - I just used Goals Galore, loaned a few players to make the backline decent and it worked extremely well as soon as they were fully used to it.

I got Nikola Saric on a free, I think in the second season, he raped L2 <3
