Gegenpress and Possession Tactic

I've tested this tactic out on many saves now.There is a recurring theme, lots of goals, lots of clean sheets and lots of possession. In my current save I went unbeaten during a whole BPL season winning 36 games and drawing the remaining 2. My team scored 95 goals and conceded just 19, with 25 clean sheets. My AVG possession was 69%. I will upload screenshots of the tactic, pre-season training, mid season training, OI, and team instructions. If required I can upload a screenshot of my squad also.

I no longer have the screenshots of the team or the save as I had to restore my laptop. I've tested with LFC, MUFC, Stoke and Southampton. My best player was Biglia, my team was predicted to finish 11th. I had Horn and the Serbian kid as GKs, Peruzzi as the first choice RB, Robertson the first choice LB. De Vrij, and Rugani as CBs. N'Zonzi as anchor man, Biglia as DLP. I played Cubas and Bazoer as BWM. Pulisic and Coric as the attacking midfielders and Firmino as SS. The squad players were mostly young prospects. The key area I feel is midfield.

Stoke and Southampton won BPL easy? What type of team - Essex Eagles (MUFC or Stoke)?

I was most successful with the club I made which I named Essex Eagles. I expected to finish like 7th due to signing like 20+ players in the first season. With Stoke, I finished 4th. With Southampton I finished 2nd but lost to Manchester United by 2 points. With both MUFC and LFC, I won the BPL with ease, but not on the levels as the Essex Eagles.
