General knowledge

If any of you guy can help it would be much appricated. I'm new to football manager but through some reading I do have a decent amount of knowledge however goal scoring isn't my strong suit solid defensively missing lots of chances offensively sounding like my favourite team this season haha. Anyway my question regards support and attack duties how many should I have where should they be located for example in a 433 could I have both inside forwards and striker on attack or would I have to drop one to support?
