I have started a game with basingstoke and am playing well i have reading as my parent team and have loaned a few boys from them particularly simon church who scored loads for me, is there any way to make more money for the team and i want to get rid of players to reduce the wage bill i go to release them and it costs like 10k to release them and no1 wants to buy them how can i get rid of them?

You can try loaning them out, that will hopefully reduce your wage bill.

Arrange friendlies with bigger sides at your ground.

Sell your best players and try and find cheaper alternatives.

If you manage to sell a player to a half decent side try and add in the 'Arrange Friendly' clause.
