Genie Scout 9.3

Hi,

Can someone please help me? Everytime I download the new GenieScout, it re-install's the 9.2 version. I've removed all the GenieScout programmes I have on my computer, deleted & emptied recycle bin, then re-downloaded, but still doesn't work.

I've tried saving & extracting to desktop, documents etc... and nothing works.

I know there is a thread on the actual download, but no one has replied to it & I can't find any main thread to ask on.

But to answer your question, I was. I started as Altrincham & wanted a few decent players on free transfers.

No harm in that.

some people are reporting problems with genie at the moment.It seems that the program is a database reading problem when the game is in years 2020 and on.
Some people have posted on the genie forum with problems in 2015 and this is being looked at.
For the time being all i can say is make sure your save game is uncompressed.You can do that in the preference settings of fm2009.
then when starting genie make sure you go to options and remove the tick in the languages box.
Best i can do for now.

But i can recommend mini scout 9.2 which has now been updated to work with 9.3 updates.You can get mini scout for free from the official fm manager 2009 forums but you will need to register to access them

Yea I read about that from 2020+. I have a boro game were im in 2018, but I was playing my Altrincham game were I was only into about 2009.

If it was that issue, surley the new scout would download, I just wouldn't be able to use it? Whereas the problem I get is that the new 9.3 wont even install lol, just re-installs the 9.2?
