Genie Scout Ratings what to set to get talented lower league/bsp players

i hope you get what i mean, would someone be able to tell me what ratings equate to like would 60 PA rating be good for league 2 and would 100 be good for championship etc?

i've had a 120 pa for man utd and he turned out to be my best striker so i'm not sure

100 is good for League 1 if that helps, bearing that in mind I imagine it's probably 80 for League 2, then maybe up to 140 for the Championship.

Wellyou have to look where his PA is distributed to.

For example if a striker has 15 tackling, well... his ability points have been sucked up into something that is essentially useless in his role.

The averages I can get from Genie Scout are:
Premier League: 130-160
Championship: 110-140
League 1: 90-120
League 2: 80-100
BSP: 50-80
BSN/S:40-70
