German and Japanese National teams

I am wanting to manager either of these two teams from the start of the game.

On past FM games I have just deleted the "all" files by going onto Steam-Steamapps-Common-FM17-data-db-1712-inc-all

But on this one it still doesn't "unlock either team"

I have been looking all over google and it seems that no-one has mentioned anything about this.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Here you will find 5 files:
  • fake.lnc
  • greek name change.lnc
  • korean name change.lnc
  • lic_dan_swe_fra.lnc
  • nleague.lnc
Delete the 3 in bold.

I have done this and it still doesn't let me start as either of them
 
Nevermind... I have done this and actually gone into the game properly.

It is allowing me to play as Germany but not Japan still
 
You also need to set up the database to load all Japanese nationals. Otherwise it still won't guarantee creating enough regens to play it.
