Gets Boring....?

Is it me or is playing football manager great but sticking to one save for 5-10+ years (game years) gets really boring as most players are regens by then. I'll most probz end up starting a new game soon; just wondering what you guys think?

yes but he get attached to a team uve built and get to know players eventually

don't get me wrong i stick with it till about 2017/2018 but by then i wanna start a newgame; i find the regens are needed but kinda make thegame boring
