Getting 100% Scouting Knowledge

Hey guys just wondering if anyone knew if you can get your team to have 100% scouting knowledge using the game editor or FMRTE? any help would be appreciated.

In game eidtor allows you to show all players in search.

Does this allow you to search all players in game? I tend to experiment with the editor a lot when you first start off your obviously limited to who you can search due to the amount of knowledge the club has.

Its on steam I found it on the DLC section of the game it costs £3.99 but I find it a lot quicker and easier to use than FMRTE impressive stuff.
