Getting Bored of FM. Need a challenge.

been playing it ever since i got it months ago and now its getting boring , as soon as i start a new save i always just quit it, ive managed hull,liverpool x2,crawley x2,LA Galaxy.

Anyone got any suggestions where its fun to manage?

i was thinking about going to manage in serie A , but the co-ownership rule put me off as i have no idea what it means, can someone explain
