Getting off to a bad start

i know this might sound stupid for some one to say, but i have found myself over the last few football managers if i am getting off to a bad start on a new league i seem to enjoy the league more as i really have to concentrate more looking at minor details to correct my form.

where as if im winning week in week out without having to do much i get bored of it.

any one else find this or just me?

well, i never get bored of winning.. hahaha
but certainly, need minor tweaking while the game progress to get the best out of our team..
n for me, every new season need minor tweaks, as new players need new instruction depends on their strength n weaknesses...

I always think a poor start makes it more interesting, and also you seem to try harder to try and turn things around. I actually try to have a not too great start, as it makes the rest of the season lees boring.

when i'm on winning streaks and am throttling my league (usually lower league) I just holiday weeks at a time. Unless it's an important game or my teams form breaks down, I usually don't pay much attention.
