Getting Player Faces

Hi guys, quite new to this whole thing. I've managed to get badges and skins onto fm2011 no probs, but cant find a facepack that seems to work. I'm not after an exhaustive pack with every player ever in it, but even one with all the faces I'll expect to see for the teams I'm interested in. I only ever play in the Premier League etc, so I'm not worried about some random player from league 3 in Poland or something. top leagues in top ten countries would do me. Problem is all the facepacks I've tried, I can't get working at all. Any useful links would be a great help. I don't mind how I download it, once I know what to do when I have it. Thanks guys!

Find the facepack you like, download it
It will be a .rar file so you will have to extract it using winrar or something
then place the extracted folder in my docs / si / fm2011 / graphics
if you dont have a graphics folder make one,
on FM go to preferences then display or something, then untick skin cache and tick reload skin
And they will work
