getting rid of players

im in my 3rd season and ive brought two more strikers to add to my current six. now ive got to back up strikers and then fred sears and jermaine beckford. they are no where near as good as my back ups or my best strikers but whenever i put them on the transfer llist the board take them off. ive offered them to clubs at 500k each ( im that desperate to get rid of them) but no one wants them. ive tried releasing them but the board stop that from happening.

what should i do to get rid of them? ive got a tight wage budget so im trying to get it down

Try offering them out on a loan to buy deal or something mate or if worst comes to worst and you cant get rid try offering them lower contracts and hope they accept. Also dont play them again untill the next window and they will defiantly go in January.
