I've been sacked from my fav team after 2 bad seasons, what is the likely hood they will let me manage them again in the future?

Not that great, but there is still a chance, if you improve as a manager.

As has been said your chances of getting another go are low. However, it maybe a blessing in disguise the next team to take you on will not have your bais views as to players so you may just do better.
