Getting Suarez to score 30+ a season?

Second season with liverpool, got a pretty decent team, playing 4-2-3-1 (Wingers, attacking mid, 2 center mid) and Suarez as complete forward (A), he's scoring but not as much as I'd like..

set the left winger as inside forward, plop suarez on the left IF position. h scored 30-40 for me there, he is like coutinho there, just a lot better.
