Getting tactics fluid is a struggle

I don't know if its just me but I'm struggling to get tactics fluid as quickly as fm 14 I play at least 13 friendlys and have general set on team cohesion and the other on match tactics and the bar all the way to the left

Are you really expecting the squad to be fully familiar with three tactics at the end of pre-season? That's completely unrealistic.

I was thinking I was doing somthing wrong I wasn't thinking that the tactics were so different but I guess they are

Your best bet is to bulk load, one tactic in all 3 slots in preseason as your base, then have a defensive/extreme version of that filtered into the other 2.

If my base is a 442, you can have a 4141/4411 for the defensive and 424 for the attacking
same with 433 = 451 def or 433 flat attacking.
or 352/532/343.

If u have 3 extremely different ones the team with struggle/be slower to learn or i thnk thats the idea behind it, coulld just be buggy lol.
