Getting the best out of Federico Laurito?

I have him in my Inter Milan team, his stats are really good but I can't get the best out of him, what player instructions are best suited for him?

on my utd game he seems to be scoring goals like there running out of fashion i using the treble winnig tactic

Yeah it takes a while for him to get used to things for some reason, worth waiting for though

1) Needs to gel with team

2) His strike partners instructions are too similar to his so they are both doing the same thing.

3) Midfield/ Defence production, how the feed the balls to the forwards

Thanks guys. I have balotelli, Paloshci and Mileviskyi as my other strikers. Would you use Laurito as a target man and also holding up the ball with Palsochi running onto the ball?
