Getting the best out of isco

I'm on my first season with tottenham and needed someone who can play attacking midfield and right midfield
i heard a lot of good things about isco and signed him for 17mill, which I dunno wether to regret paying now!!
but I can't seem to get the best out of him or he just not the player everyone is making him out t be!

Any advice on how to get the best out of him would be muchly appreciated!

I couldn't get anything very special out of him at Milan although he has great attributes :S

Maybe he needs time to settle? Play his as advance playmaker or AMC Attack maybe
