Getting the most out of young players..

Hi Guys,

I've recently signed a regen on my liverpool save with a PA of 4 stars. All to often i get these kind of playes and there PA gradualy drops down to 3 stars.
I was wondering, am i doing something wrong and how do nurture ('scuse spelling) him to match his eventuall PA.

It's to do with how you train them...

If i download a training regime, how do I use it in game?

Also,your team might have improved during the time,so he has the exact same potential,but it isnt as good compared to rest of the team as it was when you bought it.Id say use fmrte and see if he is close to PA.If you dont want to try playing him and see if he improves.

they need game time, having them on the bench or in the reserves will not help them reach their potential
