Getting tired of my best player

My best Right back is moaning of wanting a new challenge for few months now.Chelsea is the biggest club in world in my save on reputation not money for obvious reason,Now how to stop him .Screens of players and chats added .

I usually say the club is moving forward and I want him to be part of it (something along those lines) and it normally works , have you tried that?

i have tried it but as i said chelsea is already the biggest so it cant move up only go down and he wont believe me and all that ****.
